Due to continue success and new market technology both companies are looking for an experienced telesales individual to bring new business to both organisations.

This is a part time role (initially) with flexible hours to suit, in addition we will offer a great hourly rate with excellent commission structure for the right person.

Responsibilities
Contact potential customers to inform them about our products & services
Answer questions about products or the company
Ask questions to understand customer requirements
Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed
Enter and update customer information in the database
Handle objection & turn negatives into positives
Go the “extra mile” to generate future sales
Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
Main responsibility will be to set appointments for sales team
Report all activity and success to Head of Sales

Requirements
Proven experience as telesales representative or other sales/customer service role
Proven track record of successfully setting appointments preferably over the phone
Good understanding of (CRM software) and telephone systems
Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
Excellent knowledge of English
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
